The Gerald and Gail Ronson Family Foundation was proud to support UCLH during the Covid-19 crisis. Funds were used to completely renovate and refurbish six on-call overnight facilities and shower rooms for junior doctors and nurses at UCH Westmoreland Street hospital, helping them to get much needed rest between shifts in a comfortable environment. Hot meals were provided for NHS staff working on ITU, Covid and surgical theatres at the UCH Main Hospital on Euston Road and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neuroscience at Queen Square. In addition, high grade refrigerators and microwaves were also purchased for use in staff kitchens.
